CEO and Co-Founder

Keith is a highly motivated results orientated wireless communications industry professional with over 40 years of experience in engineering, operations, marketing, sales (products, investment and ideas), business development, investor/media relations, vision and leadership. Very experienced in all aspects of business plans, network design, build-out, operations, optimization and expansion. Understand LTE, 5G (both sub 6GHz NR and above 6GHz) and all IoT radio air-interfaces.

Keith's belief is that people are the most valuable resource in all companies (customers, employees, investors, and suppliers) and that anything is possible with the right people in the right position.

SLP was founded in 2021 by two long-time wireless experts with many years of experience within mobile network operators through varying leadership positions. This blend of unique knowledge helps us craft and architect strategic solutions to many problems encountered by mobile network operators. 


Through a multitude of channel partners gathered over the years, solutions can be designed a la carte or end-to-end in order to provide maximum flexibility for timeline and budgetary concerns.
